New Delhi, Aug. 25 -- With four unbeaten friendly matches under their belt and no goals conceded, the India U20 men's team are heading into the final stretch of their preparations for the AFC U20 Asian Cup China 2027 Qualifiers. The Blue Colts will depart for Tashkent on Wednesday.

India recorded three wins and a draw across their four international friendlies in Bengaluru earlier this month, beating Singapore twice (3-0 and 1-0), drawing 0-0 with Yemen, and securing a 1-0 victory in the second match against the West Asian side. The results provided Mahesh Gawali's side with valuable match exposure ahead of the three crucial qualifiers in Uzbekistan, according to an All India Football Federation (AIFF) release.
