Gandhinagar, Oct. 13 -- In a significant move to bolster India's position as a global financial hub, Robert Goldstein, Chief Operating Officer of BlackRock, held a courtesy meeting with Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel in Gandhinagar on Tuesday, a release said.
