BJP's Gaurav Bhatia accuses AAP's govt in Punjab of repressive action against protesting employees
New Delhi, Aug. 31 -- BJP national Spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia on Monday accused the Bhagwant Mann-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government in Punjab of adopting "repressive policies" against protesting government employees and questioned the administration's decision to initiate action against those participating in the strike.
He said that, following the "lessons" of Arvind Kejriwal in 2022, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann was "in a different world" while government employees were staging protests over their demands, including pending issues, Dearness Allowance (DA) and the Old Pension Scheme (OPS)
