Dehradun, July 13 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman as the Central Government approved the first instalment of a Special Assistance Loan worth Rs 451.63 crore for capital investment in Uttarakhand.
