Shimla, July 16 -- Bharatiya Janata Party Himachal Pradesh President Rajeev Bindal has announced the appointment of District In-Charges and Co-In-Charges for all 17 organisational districts of the state to further strengthen the party organisation and ensure the effective implementation of organisational activities.

According to the list issued by the state office, Vipin Parmar, State Vice President and MLA, has been appointed District In-Charge for Chamba, with Ramesh Rana, former District President, as Co-In-Charge.
