Bhubaneswar, Oct. 18 -- Biju Janata Dal (BJD) chief and Leader of Opposition in the Odisha Assembly, Naveen Patnaik, on Sunday congratulated Braj Mohan Ram on being sworn in as the new Governor of Odisha and wished him a fruitful tenure.
