Balochistan, Sept. 19 -- The Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC) has raised concerns over the killings and alleged enforced disappearances of three young men in Balochistan, calling for independent, impartial and transparent investigations into the incidents, according to a report by The Balochistan Post (TBP).

As cited in the TBP report, the BYC said that 24-year-old Tahir Baloch, son of Tariq and a resident of Tump in Kech district, was killed on September 12, 2026, in what the committee described as an attack carried out by a state-backed armed group and state forces. According to the BYC, Tahir's father, Tariq, was also injured in the incident.
