Guwahati, April 15 -- Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday extended warm greetings to the people of the state on the occasion of Rongali Bihu and the Assamese New Year.
He described Bohag as the vibrant beginning of a new year and the "heartbeat of life in Assam."
