Dibrugarh, April 1 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday visited a tea garden in Assam's Dibrugarh, interacted with workers, and plucked tea leaves during his visit to the poll-bound state.

PM Modi praised Assam's tea garden workers for their hard work and contribution, calling tea the "soul of Assam" after interacting with workers in Dibrugarh.
