Guwahati, Aug. 30 -- Assam Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) on Sunday sharply criticised the disparaging remarks made against the Congress Party by Raijor Dal President Akhil Gogoi in blatant violation of alliance principles and warned Gogoi against functioning as a "government agent".
