Vijayawada, Sept. 2 -- Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan's birthday was marked by grand festivities and spirited bike rallies across the state on Wednesday, with party cadres and fans turning out in large numbers.
