Mumbai, Sept. 13 -- Setting a legislative timeline for the Uniform Civil Code (UCC), Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Sunday said the UCC will be implemented across all 21 states governed by the BJP-led NDA before 2029, while asserting that India's national security posture has undergone a fundamental transformation under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership.
