Akasa Air expands fleet with induction of 42nd aircraft as Boeing 737 MAX 8-200 arrives at Navi Mumbai airport
Mumbai, Sept. 1 -- Boosting its operational fleet, Akasa Air has inducted its 42nd aircraft, a Boeing 737 MAX 8-200 bearing registration number VT-YBS, which arrived at the Navi Mumbai International Airport on September 1, marking the airline's eleventh aircraft induction in CY2026.
In a post on X, the airline asserted that the induction of its 42nd aircraft marks yet another milestone in its growth journey.
