New Delhi, Aug. 24 -- Airports Authority of India (AAI) reported a net profit of Rs 6,522.37 crore for the financial year ending March 31, 2026, marking a decline from the Rs 7,233.28 crore recorded in the previous financial year, according to the financial statements of AAI.

Despite the moderation in bottom-line numbers, the overall financial footing of AAI strengthened during the period. Total reserves and surplus expanded significantly, climbing to Rs 27,890.17 crore as of March 31, 2026, compared to Rs 23,324.51 crore recorded at the end of the previous fiscal year.
