New Delhi, Sept. 17 -- The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi has transferred technology for an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based mammography interpretation model developed at AIIMS to BPL Technologies Limited, marking an important milestone in translating academic research and healthcare innovation into technologies with potential for wider clinical application.

As per the official release, the technology transfer took place on September 16 at AIIMS New Delhi in the presence of Nikhil Tandon, Director, AIIMS New Delhi, and Ajay Jindal, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), BPL Technologies Limited.
