Administration remained "insensitive" despite prior reminders for areas requiring tree trimming: BJP Mumbai chief on Sakinaka manhole death
Mumbai, July 5 -- Mumbai BJP chief Ameet Satam reiterated the BJP's demand on Sunday to register a case of "culpable homicide" against those responsible for the death of a man who fell into a manhole in Sakinaka on Friday.
Speaking to ANI, Satam highlighted the "insensitive" nature of the administration. He noted that Harish Bhandirge, Chairperson of BMC's Public Health Committee, had written two letters to the concerned ward officer identifying specific locations where tree trimming was required, followed by a reminder on July 1.
