Nandurbar, July 12 -- Forty students of a Social Welfare Department hostel in Maharashtra's Nandurbar district fell ill after consuming a meal, with 25 of them being hospitalised, District Magistrate Mithali Sethi said, adding that all the affected children are currently stable.

Sethi visited the hospital in Shahada on Saturday to review the condition of the students and said the children had been diagnosed with a combination of food poisoning and gastritis.
