Aden, Aug. 10 -- At least two militants were killed and several others injured after Yemeni armed forces launched a fresh wave of ballistic missile and drone attacks targeting Saudi-backed mercenary forces, Press TV reported.

Press TV reported local media as saying that Yemeni military units struck members of the Saudi-sponsored Shabwah Defence Forces in the Bayhan district of southeastern Shabwah province on Monday, inflicting significant casualties.

The strikes followed fresh drone attacks by Yemeni army forces on the port city of Mokha in the southwestern province of Ta'izz.
