Tonk, Oct. 4 -- Congress leader and Punjab Congress in-charge Sachin Pilot on Sunday alleged that law and order in Punjab had completely collapsed under the Bhagwant Mann government.

He also expressed confidence that the Congress would form the government in the state with a comfortable majority in the upcoming assembly elections.

Speaking to reporters, Pilot said, "...Gangsters are openly firing shots in Punjab, encounters are taking place, and individuals operating from within jails are demanding extortion money.
