New Delhi, Sept. 25 -- Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Delhi State President Saurabh Bhardwaj has filed a written complaint seeking action against an alleged illegal PG linked to BJP MLA Anil Sharma in Satya Niketan, claiming that the facility was operating despite complaints over alleged unauthorised construction and encroachment on government land.

Bhardwaj claimed that the ongoing operation of the facility highlights what he described as systemic failures and alleged political protection for illegal constructions built on government land.
