New Delhi, July 22 -- Congress leader and AICC General Secretary In-Charge of Punjab Bhupesh Baghel said on Wednesday that the party will kick-start a major election campaign for the upcoming Punjab Assembly elections, while Leader of the Opposition in the Punjab Assembly and Congress leader Partap Singh Bajwa said that the dates for the campaign would be announced soon.

Bajwa told reporters "...The campaign (given the Punjab assembly elections) will be launched soon. The dates and venues will be announced soon...The Congress will come back to power in Punjab.."

Baghel said on Wednesday that there will be meetings will be held regularly in view of the polls.
