New Delhi, Feb. 23 -- Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, on Monday trained guns at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP over the framework of the trade deal with the United States, alleging that the Centre has "sold out the country."
