New Delhi, Feb. 20 -- Highlighting the role of trade in accelerating the global adoption of artificial intelligence, Johanna Hill, Deputy Director General of the World Trade Organisation, on Friday said that trade is a key vehicle to facilitate discussions and diffusion of AI technology worldwide.

Speaking to ANI on the sidelines of the India AI Impact Summit 2026, Hill emphasised the importance of leveraging the multilateral trading system to ensure that AI goods and services are accessible to countries across the globe.
