Kolkata, April 29 -- West Bengal BJP President Samik Bhattacharya on Wednesday claimed that the ruling Trinamool Congress (TMC) will be "certainly" voted out of power after the announcement of results on May 4.
He also said that the "people of West Bengal joined this election in a festive mood".
