Washington, Oct. 11 -- US President Donald Trump stated that Washington was evaluating whether to join Saudi Arabia's strikes against Yemen's Houthi rebels following a lethal assault on Riyadh's King Khalid International Airport that resulted in 12 deaths and over 300 injuries, according to Saudi civil aviation authorities.

When asked if a decision had been made to participate in the Saudi strikes, Trump stated, "We may. We're going to look at it. We just found out about the recent attack. We will make a decision. We move very quickly." He further added, "Look, the Saudis are good fighters. But I think the attack was a terrible thing."
