Chennai, Aug. 1 -- Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, arrived in Chennai on Saturday, with senior state Congress leaders, cadres, and state ministers gathered at the airport to receive him.

The Congress leader is visiting to participate in the concluding session of a 10-day training camp for Tamil Nadu Congress District Presidents being held in Mahabalipuram.

Speaking to ANI, Tamil Nadu Minister and Congress leader S Rajesh Kumar stated that the visit aims to boost the party's grassroots presence.
