"Stop claiming monopoly over freedom movement": Ravi Shankar Prasad slams Congress over Vande Mataram row
New Delhi, Aug. 18 -- Bharatiya Janata Party MP Ravi Shankar Prasad slammed the Congress party over the alleged "insult" to the national song, questioned the party's mindset and asked it to stop claiming a "monopoly" over India's freedom movement.
Addressing a press conference, the senior BJP leader referred to an incident at the Congress headquarters on Independence Day and a recent event in Goa.
