Patna, May 23 -- BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy has underscored the significant contribution of Bihar and its students to the global Artificial Intelligence (AI) research landscape, noting that the industry is currently valued at 40 billion dollars worldwide.

Speaking to reporters about the integration of technology in the state's education system, Rudy stated that AI is no longer a distant concept but is being actively utilised in academic institutions.

"The AI industry is valued at 40 billion dollars globally, and there is ongoing AI research worldwide across various sectors. There is a substantial contribution of Bihar and its students in AI research. AI is being used in colleges and universities," the BJP MP said.
