New Delhi, July 16 -- Samajwadi Party (SP) MP Dimple Yadav on Thursday urged the Centre to show "a little sensitivity" and initiate a dialogue with activist Sonam Wangchuk, who has been on a hunger strike at Jantar Mantar, saying compassion is central to Sanatan Dharma.

Yadav made the remarks after arriving at Jantar Mantar to meet Wangchuk, who has been on a hunger strike for the 19th consecutive day.

Speaking to reporters, Dimple Yadav said, "This will be decided by the people of Cockroach Janta Party as to when he (Sonam Wangchuk) will break his hunger strike. But we would like to tell the Government to show a little sensitivity and initiate a dialogue by coming here. We would like to tell the people of BJP to set aside insensitivity...
