New Delhi, Sept. 26 -- Foreign affairs expert Robinder Sachdev has delivered a scathing assessment of Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif's address at the United Nations General Assembly, dismissing it as a repetitive tirade designed solely for domestic consumption while ignoring Islamabad's continued sponsorship of cross-border terrorism.
