India, Oct. 17 -- Expressing relief after CJP activist Abhijeet Dipke was granted conditional bail, his mother, Anita Dipke, said that the family had been under immense emotional distress following his sudden arrest, particularly as they were already mourning the recent demise of his grandmother.

Speaking to ANI, Anita Dipke questioned the action taken against her son, stating that he was only doing good work.

"We were very anxious. It has not even been 10 days since his grandmother passed away, and then we heard yesterday that he had been arrested. We were all deeply troubled. How could this happen? He was doing good work. Why does the government keep arresting him?" she said.
