New Delhi, May 30 -- Delhi Police Special CP Anil Shukla on Saturday said that the Special Cell has arrested nine individuals allegedly working under the direction of Pakistan's ISI and linked to the Mumbai underworld and recovered four Pakistani-made grenades, two Glock pistols, and twenty-five rounds of ammunition.

Special CP Anil Shukla stated that the accused were part of a larger network reportedly connected with Dawood Ibrahim and were planning terror attacks in major cities, including Delhi and Mumbai.
