Washington DC, May 1 -- Actor-filmmaker Jonah Hill has teased his upcoming comedy film 'Cut Off', calling it "pure stupidity" and promising audiences an unapologetically silly cinematic experience, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Speaking at the SmartLess Live event, Hill described the film in humorous terms while addressing hosts Jason Bateman, Will Arnett and Sean Hayes.

"Next one is pure stupidity," Hill said of the film, which is slated to release in theatres on July 17.

Asked to elaborate, he added, "It's dumb. I'm about to go on a run of just the dumbest....you've ever seen in your entire life. I hope you left your brains at home, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
