Dehradun, April 15 -- The strong bonding between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami was once again on display during the inauguration of the Rs 12,000 crore Delhi-Dehradun Economic Corridor.
