Hyderabad, April 21 -- Telangana BJP president N Ramchander Rao on Tuesday slammed CPI MP P Sandosh Kumar and said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi's address to the nation did not violate the Model Code of Conduct as he did not appeal for votes.
P Sandosh Kumar had written to Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar, alleging that PM Modi violated the Model Code of Conduct (MCC) through his recent address to the nation after the Constitution (131st Amendment) Bill was defeated in the Lok Sabha.
Speaking to ANI, N Ramchander Rao maintained that PM Modi exposed the INDIA bloc's betrayal of women, and called the opposition "urban naxals."
