New Delhi, April 28 -- Union Minister Piyush Goyal on Tuesday said that the Election Commission has made extensive arrangements for the second phase of the West Bengal legislative assembly election and expressed confidence that voters will choose good governance while casting their ballots.

Speaking to reporters, he referred to the preparations made by the poll body. Goyal appreciated its efforts and said it would help ensure smooth polling. "The Election Commission has made extensive arrangements. I congratulate them," he said.
