New Delhi, Sept. 11 -- All Parties Hurriyat Conference President Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Friday delivered a strong appeal for peace, diplomacy, and justice amid the ongoing West Asia tensions, stating that "peace can only be established when there is justice" on the sidelines of the 18th BRICS summit.
