Ranchi, Sept. 30 -- Rejecting the charges framed against Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren in the Bargain land scam case, the ruling Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) leader Manoj Pandey on Wednesday dismissed the proceedings as a politically motivated fabrication orchestrated through agencies.

The development comes after the special Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) court in Ranchi framed charges against the Chief Minister, while Soren appeared before the court through video conferencing during the hearing.

Defending the leadership, JMM leader Pandey asserted that the party has complete faith in the judiciary and expressed confidence that the Chief Minister will be fully vindicated.
