Coimbatore, April 11 -- Former Tamil Nadu Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president K Annamalai on Saturday said that people have been raising key concerns such as the need to curb drug abuse, improve the quality of government schools and enhance road infrastructure during his campaign across Tamil Nadu.

Addressing the reporters, he alleged that the ruling Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam has failed to address these basic issues.

Referring to what he called the "DMK Files," Annamalai said he had submitted complaints to the Directorate of Vigilance and Anti-Corruption (DVAC), and officials had visited the BJP office to conduct inquiries.
