Thiruvananthapuram, March 2 -- Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan hit out at the Congress government in Telangana over the demolition of nearly 700 Bhoodan-allotted homes in Khammam district, alleging that the action reflected a "bulldozer raj" similar to the governance model of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP).
