Tehran, Aug. 28 -- In an address outlining state economic strategy, Iran's supreme leader Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei said boosting domestic production and reducing reliance on the US dollar in key transactions are essential to building a self-reliant "Resistance Economy".
