New Delhi, Sept. 29 -- Punjab Congress working president Raj Kumar Verka on Tuesday slammed the AAP government over the law and order situation and said "gangsterism is at its peak today" in the state.

He said the government should identify people behind violence in LPU campus.

"The administration must take responsibility for that, and I observe that if students are suffering, being pushed into conflict, and attempts are being made to label them as terrorists-then which agencies are behind this? Who are the people involved?" he asked in response to a query on students holding a protest at Lovely Professional University (LPU).
