New Delhi, Sept. 10 -- The producer of Kala Hiran: Battle for Legacy informed the Delhi High Court on Thursday that the film is not yet ready for release, as it has not received certification from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC).

The statement was made before Justice Jyoti Singh.

Singh asked the counsel appearing for producer Amit Jani, "When are you releasing the movie?"

The producer's counsel sought instructions on the question and also raised objections to Salman Khan's suit. He submitted that the film was not presently in a releasable form and would have to be submitted to the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) before any theatrical release.
