New Delhi, Sept. 26 -- Demonstrating robust strategic clarity and an uncompromising stance against cross-border terrorism, foreign affairs expert Waiel Awwad has sharply criticised the rhetoric emanating from Islamabad following the speech of Pakistan Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif at the United Nations General Assembly.
