Lucknow, Nov. 3 -- Uttar Pradesh BJP president Pankaj Chaudhary on Tuesday said the Congress and INDIA bloc of attempting to destabilise the country and seek regime change, alleging that they were working at the behest of foreign powers.

He said the Opposition was attempting to mislead people and create instability in the country by raising the issue of developments in neighbouring countries, including Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka.
