New Delhi, April 28 -- Minister of State for External Affairs Pabitra Margherita on Tuesday hailed the partnership between India and Africa as one of "mutual respect", which is reflected in the diplomatic relations between the two nations.
He attended the Yuva Bharat Global Forum, which he said is being held at a moment when "India-Africa relations are entering a new and decisive phase".
Addressing the Forum, Margherita highlighted that such events play a huge role in elevating the relationship between the two nations.
