Mumbai, Aug. 31 -- Bollywood actor Kareena Kapoor Khan believes men should be more open about their emotions and embrace their sensitive side, saying that being sensitive is not limited to women.

Speaking at the trailer launch of her upcoming film 'Daayra' in Mumbai, Kareena said that while women are often perceived as being more sensitive, men and boys should also feel comfortable expressing their emotions and dealing openly with the challenges they face in life.

The actor also shared how she encourages her sons to embrace their feelings, saying that it is completely okay for them to cry whenever they feel the need to.
