Patna, May 24 -- Launching a sharp offensive against the NDA government here, the Leader of Opposition in the Bihar Assembly and Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav on Sunday claimed the state treasury is entirely empty, rendering the government incapable of fulfilling its financial commitments to the public.

Former Deputy Chief Minister accused the government of neglecting vulnerable groups, specifically pointing to delayed welfare disbursements for women and senior citizens.
