New Delhi, July 27 -- Congress MP Jairam Ramesh on Monday took a swipe at the Centre over its decision to constitute a high-powered task force on examination reforms, sharing a video of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and an old video of former Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan discussing committees formed for education reforms.

Sharing the video on X, the Congress MP wrote, "Form a committee, distract the attention".

Jairam's post came a day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced the formation of the task force under technology expert Nandan Nilekani to recommend measures for strengthening the examination system, amid protests over alleged irregularities in the NEET-UG 2026 examination and paper leaks.
