New Delhi, April 14 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday paid tribute to the architect of the Indian Constitution, Dr. BR Ambedkar, on the occasion of his birth anniversary, recalling his efforts towards nation-building, which continue to inspire generations to build a progressive society.
